Description

The Government is looking for a minimum of 1,500 ANSI/BOMA square feet and a maximum of 1,600 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space within the designated delineated area: North - N Boyero Ave to E Platteville Blvd South - Baxter Street to Blake Street to W. 8th Street to West St. to N Elizabeth Street to W. 1st Street. East - N. Boyero to Wildhorse Road to 29th Street to Cheyenne Avenue to W. 22nd Street to Hood Avenue to W. 17th Street to Baxter Street to Blake Street to W. 8th Street to West Street to N. Elizabeth Street. West - I-25 The lease term is 10 years; 5 years firm term. The space must be available for occupancy by 3/1/17. The lease must be a fully serviced lease. Additional Requirements: -2 surface parking spaces -The building shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
