Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20; Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Big Belly Solar, Inc. for the following services: to furnish all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to provide solar trash and recycling compactors for outdoor areas at the Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System - Seattle Division on a rental service plan, including all ancillary operation services including but not limited to cellular service, preventative maintenance and licensed software. The notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM PDT on 9 June 2016. All responses must be emailed to crystal.parris@va.gov.
