Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, on behalf of the St. Louis MO VA Medical Center, St. Louis MO, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Service contract for the furnishing of window and screen cleaning services. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the attached solicitation VA255-16-Q-0404 for additional information regarding this requirement. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) participation only. It is mandatory that SDVOSB offerors be certified in VetBiz.gov. Responses received from non-certified offerors will not be considered for award. The government anticipates awarding a contract for a base one (1) year period with up to four (4) optional year periods. Award will be by Best Value, considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation section E.1 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUOTATION SUBMISSIONS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 561720 - Janitorial Services, which has a size standard of $18.0 Million. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential bidders MUST register at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
