- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W911S8-16-R-0007 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $15.00M.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2016-07-01 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98433 The MICC Joint Base Lewis McChord requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 10/01/2016 - 09/30/2017 LI 001: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform inspection, maintenance and service on all sixteen (16) Adjustable Frequency Drives. Each preventive maintenance inspection should include the replacement of standard consumables such as oil, filters, and belts when needed. The service contractor should provide costs as a fully burden rate based on (4) quarterly inspections per year with the unit price being priced per quarter. Base Period of Performance: 1 October 2016 - 30 September 2017., 4, EA; LI 002: One 8-hour Straight Time Emergency Service call. Covers travel to/from site and 20-26' man-lift rental. If labor+mob/de-mob is more or less than 8 hours, customer will be billed according to hours worked. 4hr minimum per visit. Assumes an emergency call out is a single trip. Additional trips may incur additional mob/de-mob. Quantity 4 - Standard Service Calls: Response within 5 business days. Quantity 2 - Urgent Service Calls: Response within 72 hours. Quantity 2 - Emergency Service Calls: Response within a 24 hours.
