- Terms & Conditions Statement of Work The United States Coast Guard HC-27J program requires NEW support equipment for its fleet. Only items matching the exact specifications listed in this notice will be accepted. This requirement is unrestricted and open to sources or firms who can effectively demonstrate their ability to acquire the components. The Coast Guard intends to award the requirement to INTERTECHNOLOGY SALES SOLUTIONS, INC. for the following item: 1.) Storage Container 120" (L) x 45" (H) x 48" (W) QTY(13) EA Required for each C27J Aircraft to store and organize mission essential equipment. The containers shall be rotationally molded of virgin polyethylene material in accordance with ASTM D 4976-00b, PE223. Corners and edges shall be a minimum 10% thicker than flat wall surfaces. Ultra violet stabilizers shall be compounded into the polyethylene shell material. The container shell shall be rectangular in design with rounded corners and edges. Vertical recesses shall be molded in to provide protected areas for the attachment of all hardware. Male interlocking stacking ribs shall be molded into the top surface and corresponding female ribs molded into the bottom surface. The container structure shall be self draining in the normal upright shipping attitude. Color shall be standard green. Please reference Statement of Work for further details.
