As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal Brand-QTY 3 MICROVISION 2 UHV - 100 amu QUADRUPOLE MASS SPECTROMETER FOR BASE PRESSURE ANALYSIS. Product No: 669-121-011 RESIDUAL GAS ANALYSER UNIT • Quadrupole analyser with 5" single filter and 1-100 amu mass range capability • Dual Faraday/Secondary Electron Multiplier detector capable of detecting down to 5 x 10-14 mbar and up to 10-4 mbar (Faraday mode) or 10-6 mbar (Electron Multiplier mode) • Low thermal mass UHV ion source with twin Thoriated Iridium filaments • ‘Smart Head' electronics unit • RJ45 ethernet comms port • Analogue input (4)/output (1) port and a digital output port for up to 12 TTL output signals • External filament trip socket to protect filament by means of an external relay • Full control of resolution and mass calibration etc by means of PC operated software. • RGA parameters are adjustable from within the PC driven software, including Peak Resolution, Mass Calibration, Electron Energy, Emission Current, Ion Energy & Ion Extraction Potential. 2. SOFTWARE - ‘Process Eye Professional' Process Eye Professional is a recipe based software package providing the capability of achieving a high level of automation and process interactivity. The software also provides a simultaneous bar chart/trend display linking specific trend events to the corresponding complete spectrum (and associated data from other sensors). The Process Eye platform is able to read data from other sensors (temperature, pressure, gas flow, power levels etc.) and display the information as a series of trend lines for comparison with gas composition trends. Process Eye includes data review facilities and is fully network compatible. The software uses ‘recipes' to define data acquisition and data display parameters. Compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7. 3. SEPARATE 24 VOLT POWER SUPPLY UNIT. 4. RS232 COMMUNICATIONS CABLE with a standard cable length of 10 feet. 5. ACCESSORY & FITTING KIT with interconnecting leads, cables, tool kit & manual. Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations & Certifications by not later than June 8, 2016, 4:00pm Source selection will be based on lowest price.
