Description

The Dorn VA Medical Center, (DVAMC) located in Columbia, South Carolina intends to negotiate a sole source contract with UNICOR, 3001 LEESTOWN ROAD, PO BOX 13640, LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY, 40583-3640 on a contract for 20 each of LIBERTY MB FIX ARM, 5' CYL, SC,NOCP, FABRIC OPTION M10V101, BLACK MESH ON BACKS, BLACK VELUM ON SEAT, ALL BLACK FINISHES and 252 each of WORLD CHR, BL, ADA, 5" CYL, HC,NOCP, FABRIC OPTION A19/A19, ZINC DASH MESH ON SEATS, ZINC DASH MESH ON BACKS, ALL BLACK FINISHES Please see special remarks detailing the split delivery requirement. The government plans to solicit and make an award for this requirement to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253 (1). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No Solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office within 3 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
