- ****ADDED 2 JUN 16 **** 1) We are uncertain of how to fill out Section L, Part 6.0, Item (2) Government Offices. What information is required here? Answer: Please disregard Part 6.0 (Other Information Required), Item 2. This requirement will be administrated through our office. 2) Section L, Part 5.0, Item (1c) requires completion of "Section K - Representations, Certification, and Other Statement of Offerors. Offeror should complete all appropriate blocks of Section K and place "N/A" in the blocks that are not applicable to the offeror's proposal." Answer: Please disregard Section L, Part 5.0, Item (1c) as it is not included in the RFP.
