- DRAFT PWS Catalog Announcement Solicitation Number - W56JSR-16-R-0016 Notice Type - Special Notice **No award will be made as a result of this request. This request is for informational purposes only to promote exchanges of information with industry in accordance with FAR part 16.505. The Government will not pay for any information and/or materials received in response to this request for information and is in no way obligated by the information received.*** The Government is requesting feedback from industry. Attached are documents relative to the upcoming IDIQ Solicitation for the Army's Software Engineering Center's (SEC) Requirement for "Data, Architecture, Content/Knowledge Management Services" (DACMS). This is NOT a request for proposal or invitation for bid. NO award will be made from this request. THIS POSTING IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The government reserves the right to not make a Solicitation and/or Award for this Requirement. Please review the attached documents and provide comments to the PWS and Catalog, and answer the questions on the attachment labeled "Announcement...
