- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. This request is being issued as Request for Quotation QP16PS01492. The FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15, and can be found at http://www.acquisitions.gov/far/index.html. Quoters/Bidders must review and comply with the FAR Provisions or Clauses that apply to this Solicitation. This is 100% set-aside for small business and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336112. The following is a description of the requirement for this acquisition: -PROVIDE ONE (1) Extended Cab Electric Truck. The Extended Cab Electric Truck will be shipped to Golden Gate National Recreation Area, in San Francisco, CA. San Francisco County. Extended Cab Electric Truck will be used for routine maintenance duty. Requirements for the bulldozer are: Must have extended cab - Must be Utility Truck - 70 or higher AC induction motor - No Maintenance AGM Batteries - Must be two passenger truck with Automotive Style Cab - Must have with Heater - Must have full DOT Light Package - Must have rack and pinion steering - Must use Vacuum Assist Brakes - Must come with built-in charger - Must have a rear extended Cargo Bed - Must have Front Brush Guard - Must have a Tipper Dump - Must have Turf Rims and Turf Tires - Must come with Tool Box - Must have Spray-On Bedliner (Back of Cab) to prevent rust - Rear Cargo Bed - John Deer Vantage EVX1000 or equal Vendors must include details of maintenance agreement. Additionally, details of any express warranties must be included in the offer. Government price range is $0 - $25,000. Delivery will be FOB destination. The following clauses or provisions are specifically referenced and are required in the response to this Solicitation: 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS; 52.212-2, EVALUATION - COMMERCIAL ITEMS - Evaluation Factors include: [a] technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirements; [b] price; 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS, a completed copy of the provision at 52.213-3 must be submitted with the bid/offer. Contractor must download from the internet and complete as per instructions; 52.212-4, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS; AND 52-212-5, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS - COMERCIAL ITEMS; 52.232-18, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS; 52.243-1, CHANGES- FIXED PRICE.
