- This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. QPL applies to this procurement. The NSN is as follows 5995-01-209-3117, 143 day's delivery. FOB Origin. The approved qualified producer list source for this NSN is Astrocom. (18068) part number M2242/26-3. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 993 each. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
