- NSN 1560-01-651-6613 PR63832140, solicitation SPE4A7-16-R-2129; Item: sensor flame, detect for V-2H-60 helicopter. IAW Basic Drawing NR 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC REV NR DTD 3-7-2007, Part Piece 65550-04023-105. Approved Sources are Sikorsky Aircraft (78286), P/N: 65550-04023-105 and Kiddie Technologies (61423), P/N: 30-207-2B-4 This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 360 each. This is a NAVY Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. This is a Critical Application Item. Export Control does not apply. The delivery is 219 days ARO.. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). Item is source controlled with AMC/AMSC 1B. TINA has not been breached therefore certified cost and data are not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Progress payment is not authorized.
