This is a notice to all offerors that FedBizOpps Combined Synopsis/Solicitation VA25616Q0725 is being amended to add/change the following: Address vendor questions about the solicitation by providing responses. See questions and responses below: 2.5.2 Twenty-Eight (28) Exam Chairs - on the full tilt capability - do you mean 180 degree tilt? Yes this means 180 degrees. 2.5.5 Eleven (11) Overhead lamps and phoropter arms - is this the stand that includes column, lamp, phoropter arm, and console wells? That is also correct please see attached picture for a representation if further clearance is needed. Is the Counterbalanced slit-lamp arm lock including the slit lamp mounting plate and the top table plate? Yes. Counterbalanced for instruments 12-60lbs - Do you need another table top and mount for additional equipment? What is going to weigh 60 lbs? No there is no need for an additional mount just the mount for the equipment. 2.5.10 Ten (10) Chair Mount Exam Lights - can you explain what you would like to light? Can the light be attached to the stand instead of the chair? We would like the light to illuminate the area above the patients head. Light must be attached to chair and not the stand as these will not be utilized in the ophthalmology area.
