- Description
- The following questions were received: The following questions were received: 1. In the Additional Instructions to Offerors, Paragraph 4 (The Proposal), states that "Volume 1 shall be broken up into four (4) sections: Executed Solicitation Documents and Technical." We do not fully understand this direction. Does this mean that the 4 sections are (1) Executed, (2) Solicitation, (3) Documents, and (4) Technical? 2. In the Additional Instructions to Offerors, Paragraph 4.2 (Contents of the Past Performance Proposal (Volume II)), states that "Offerors shall demonstrate (1) the functional performance of the proposed or similar pharmacy automation systems that the offeror has delivered to previous customers, and (2) the quality and assistance of the technical assistance, hardware and software updates/upgrades that the vendor has supplied to its customers following the initial fielding of those systems." We believe this section may be incorrectly applied to the requirement for a Clinical Guidelines supplement. If this section is to be removed, is there alternate language to be inserted? 3. This language also appears in Factor 3 of the Evaluation Factors section. 4. Can you please specify the number of printed copies of the Supplement that the Government would like for the Offeror to produce? Does the Government want the printed Supplement mailed to every current Member? 5. Can the Government estimate the total number of pages expected for this Supplement? Our Supplement pricing is also based on page numbers. The answers are below and have been incorporated into the solicitation: 1. The verbiage has been corrected in the Additional Instructions to Offerors. It should read "two (2) sections" 2. Incorrect verbiage was included and corrected in section 4.2 3. Evaluation factors have been corrected to match section 4.2 4. The number of printed copies requested is based on the number of your current membership. Yes the intent is to have the supplement distributed to each current member. 5. 208 pages The due date of this requirement is being extended to 7 June 2016.
