- Drawings with data rights for Munitions Assembly Conveyor, MAC 2 The government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide complete drawings with data rights for the Munitions Assembly Conveyor NOUN NSN P/N Munitions Assembly Conveyor, MAC 2, NSN 1730-01-519-5747RN Part number: 20038715 Technical Order, T.O. 35D2-17-11 This requirement is to provide Drawings with data rights to re-procure the MAC 2. This is not a reverse engineering effort. The drawings can be supplied by any legal means the contractor deems fit, including but not limited to sub-contracting. The government needs the reprocurable drawings to deal with future obsolescence issues. Create open and full competition of future procurement for replacement MAC 2's. Comply with SECDEF Better Buying Power Act, 4.0. This is not to be a "reverse-engineering" or "re-design effort". Part I. What is your lead time on these items? 6. This requirement requires data to construct extrusion molds for aluminum alloys for manufacture of particular subcomponents.
