- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Service Area Office Central, on behalf of Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16, anticipates soliciting proposals for Community Nursing Home Services within the area of Cotton County, OK. Offeror shall provide all labor, management, health care professionals, equipment, and supplies to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to furnish nursing home services to the veteran beneficiaries of the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, 921 N. E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. The Government intends to award firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and specifications of the solicitation. The IDIQ contract will be for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. NAICS Code is 623110 (Nursing Care Facilities) with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5M applies to this requirement, the Product Service Code is Q402. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items" and will be evaluated with procedures therein. The solicitation will be advertised as Full and Open Competition, and the Request for Quotations will be issued on or about June 6, 2016. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. It is anticipated that responses will be due on or about June 24, 2016. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotations. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. All inquires should be directed in writing to Ken Eshom at Ken.Eshom@VA.Gov. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for award.
