- CGC HEALY JOTFOC Description: The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Kongsberg Maritime, Inc. for the following supplies: 1. P/N KS-N-18PTAN, above decks stainless steel marine PTZ camera Station, Qty 2 EA 2. P/N KS-N-18FIAN, above decks fixed stainless steel marine camera Station, QTY 3 EA 3. P/N CA95200, V3 ISU Video switching matrix, 64in/16out, Qty 2 EA 4. P/N 0463-6210, telemetry control keyboard, Qty 3 EA 5. P/N 900-9653, V3 ISU expansion cable, Qty 2 EA 6. P/N 0463-6990, Fixed below decks camera station, Qty 58 EA Kongsberg Maritime, Inc. is the only source available for this equipment in which the current exisiting support structure for the CUTTER supports. This equipment is needed to maintain logistic supportability. Required Delivery Date: 15 Sept 2016 This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC HEALY. Vendor will provide all the parts listed above. NAICS Code # 334513 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 PST 17 Jun 2016 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: Kristen.J.Thomas@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: Kongsberg Maritime, Inc Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Kongsberg Maritime, Inc.
