- FA8620-15-G-4040 0019 This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Medium Altitude UAS Division intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. for retrofits to the MQ-9 fleet with required fuel system hardware for reliability and maintainability purposes into a common configuration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Reaper system and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort. The Government does not own the data rights for the system; therefore, to avoid duplication costs, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. For subcontracting opportunities, interested parties may submit appropriate information to General Atomics ASI at smallbus@ga.com. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code for this procurement is 336411. Please indicate number of employees relative to the size standard of 1,500 for determination of small business status. Respondees shall include their assigned DUNS number and their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
