Description

Degausser Maintenance BOM Sole Source Justification Combined Synopsis and Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under GSA requirement number ID40160158. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87 effective March 07, 2016. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Data Security, Inc. 300 S. 7 th ST, Lincoln, NE 68508-2401 using procedures outlined in FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. This requirement is to purchase degausser extended warranty and field calibration.
