- N00421-16-T-0357 AMENDED SOLICITATION STATEMENT OF WORK SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION CLOSE DATE FOR THIS AWARD IS 16 JUN 2016 AT 0800 AM EASTERN TIME... ***Basis for Award*** Solicitation N00421-16-T-0357 is issued as a sole source procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, SolidWorks and Simulation Standard, most current edition in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. TriMech solutions is the only approved vendor for goverment sales in our region. SolidWorks is required in order to maintain compatibility with the other software utilized in our lab. Preference for this award will be given to Total Small Business. A ny award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners.
