- Description
- The B034 HVAC Upgrade - Construction project - is for the demolition and construction work for B034 to upgrade 2 AHU units on the south exterior of the building. Work includes the removal of two (2) existing units, with inline return fans and all related trim and all exterior ductwork. Removal of Cooling Tower Water Supply and Return piping as well as Hot Water Supply and Return piping back to the existing AHU coils to accommodate the new AHU units. This piping will be demolished back to the main and capped. Work also includes the installation of the 2 new AHU units onto existing concrete pads. New supply and return ducts shall be provided and connected to existing ductwork in the building. VAV boxes and supply grilles shall be rebalanced. Controls are to be upgraded to DDC controls. This posting is for sources sought only. Any pricing or proposals received will be immediately discarded and the provider will be removed for further consideration.
