- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Washington, D.C., on behalf of the BEP Acquisition Office, is conducting Market Research to locate qualified Practioners interested in entering into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U.S. Government. Interested sources should be capable of providing BEP Eastern Currency Facility with a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to conduct Psychological Evaluations of law enforcement and security guard candidates, and to conduct fitness for duty psychological evaluation of existing law enforcement staff at his or her offsite location within 25 miles of the metropolitan D.C. area covering D.C., Maryland or Virginia. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Eastern Currency Facility is seeking qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantaged Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement to install one interior freight elevator at the BEP. Evaluation shall conform to accepted medical practices set forth by the American Psychological Association and other applicable medical profession standards. Qualified Medical Practitioners can submit their qualifications and capabilities as they relate to satisfying the requirement. All information is to be submitted via email at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity, large or small and a copy of the most recent System for Award Management (SAM) certifications and representations. Please provide the name of the company, address, POC, phone/fax number and email address. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions via email only. Interested Practitioners are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualifications information no Later than 24 June 2016. This is a Sources Sought /Market Survey Announcement and submission of information will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ). In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice.
