Description

Amendment 0002 This is a solicitation is to provide for the publication and distribution of a civilian enterprise newspaper, the GUIDON. The civilian enterprise newspaper shall be an authorized unofficial publication in compliance with DoD Instruction number 5120.4, dated 16 June 1997 and Army Regulation 360-1, dated June 25, 2011. This proposed contract, its terms, provisions and conditions, as well as Contractor's performance hereunder, shall be subject to the provisions of said DoD and Army regulations and directives as amended from time to time and any other applicable Army and DoD directives. This is procurement is Unrestricted under NAICS 511110. Questions regarding this procurement shall be submitted via email to the undersigned not later than 4:00pm 20 May 2016. Questions submitted after the posted time will not be considered. Proposals are due no later than 4:00pm (Central) 15 June 2016. Proposals shall be submitted IAW Section L of the Solicitation. Proposals shall reference the solicitation number W911S7-16-R-0016 on the outermost container. The point of contact for this solicitation is Erica Numa, Contract Specialist.
