All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. This is a Request for Information. Accordingly the Governments intent is to conduct market research and provide notice to industry of its intent to solicit for certain services. Any information submitted by and obtained from industry as a result of this notice may be used in the development of the final Performance Work Statement and included in the actual solicitation. The Government has therefore included a draft copy of the PWS and is actively seeking feedback from industry regarding: oFeasibility of the requirement oAppropriateness of the NAICS Code oApproach to Implementation oPerformance Work Statements oAny other industry concerns or questions The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Care System of Ozarks (VHSO) Fayetteville, AR has a requirement for Home Healthcare Services for the following Arkansas Counties: Washington, Boone, Benton, Franklin, Madison, Carroll, Sebastian, Crawford, Scott, Newton, and Marion. Please see attached Draft Performance Work Statement. The anticipated NAICS code is 621610- All respondents please advise if your organization is a capable of providing services as outlined within the performance work statement. Performance Period: The Period of Performance for this service is a base period of 12 months with 4 one year options. Set-Asides - At this time the government is requesting information in order to provide a final determination related to set aside. Upon review of the market research and coordination of appropriate parties a determination will be made. If the requirement is set-aside proposals must clearly demonstrate the prime contractor will perform at least 51% of all work.
