The reporter(s) will be expected to accurately record testimony and furnish verbatim transcripts in a timely manner. The selected Contractor shall manage operations so as to ensure maximum responsiveness and efficiency to the government, as various regulations and due process considerations demand the speedy production of an accurate transcript in all instances. Special Qualifications: 1. Court reporters shall be certified according to all state and/or local requirements for real-time verbatim transcripts. 2. Court reporters shall hold a current certification for the jurisdiction in which the depositions are to be held and be otherwise qualified under governing law to administer oaths to witnesses. 3. Court reporters shall have knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation sufficient to recognize and correct errors in final transcripts. Solicitation and Award Procedures Solicitation requesting written quotations will be posted on the FedConnect reverse auction site. Anticipated award date is September 1, 2016.
