EDT Dear Prospective Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Global Health (GH), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Senior International Scientific Advisor under a U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC), as described in the attached solicitation. Applications must be submitted in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified.
