- Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, Florida has a requirement to procure Engineering Support Services (ESS) in support of weapon systems supported by the Research and Engineering (AIR-4.0) competencies at FRC East Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. This requirement is a follow-on procurement to N61340-15-D-0002 currently being performed by LTM, Inc., CAGE code: 06WH5. The contract is due to expire 14 June 2016. The associated Product/Supply Code (PSC) is R425. NAICS code 541330 is applicable. The Government intends to award a single-award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity cost type task order contract with a 5-year ordering period. Only the Request for Proposal SF-33 document will be posted with this solicitation. Interested Prime contractors shall contact the POC, Contract Specialist Sarah Lewellen, to obtain copies of the RFP Attachments (items listed in RFP Section J) Offerors are cautioned to print and thoroughly review all attachments associated with this RFP upon receipt, and within three days, provide the POC email confirmation of receipt. Failure to ensure legibility of documents provided by the Government or accessible by the offeror will not be grounds for reconsideration or granting of waivers regarding proposal submission requirements. There is a pre-solicitation conference and site visit associated with this requirement. See attached Pre-Solicitation Conference Site Visit document for specific information. NOTE THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: The Attachment L-1 FRC East Visit Access - Badge Request, referenced in the DRAFT RFP, is for instructional purposes only and does not need to be filled out. All prospective offerors shall request FRC East Visit Access, via email to Point of Contacts John DiJoseph at John.DiJoseph@navy.mil and Sarah Lewellen at Sarah.Lewellen@navy.mil, five days prior to the date of the Pre-Solicitation Conference/Site Visit. The POCs will then forward the request to the MCAS PASS and ID OFFICE. For the Prospective Offerors that requested FRC East Visit Access with the MCAS PASS and ID OFFICE and did not contact either John DiJoseph or Sarah Lewellen, please contact John DiJoseph and Sarah Lewellen so they are aware of your request. In addition the Fleet Readiness Center East Information Brochure, FRC East 5000.1A CH-1 has been attached. Contractors are required to read this brochure before attending the Pre-Solicitation Conference/Site Visit to ensure that all personnel are aware of the conditions and factors that affect the well-being of all those within the facility.
