Revised Statement of Work Response to RFI's AMENDMENT 02- Response to RFI's & Revised Statement of Work The reason for this amendment is to provide responses to questions and amend the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments. This solicitation is hereby amended. All proposals are due no later than 9 June 2016 at 3:00 pm. est. The deadline for questions has passed and no further questions will be taken into consideration. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: (a) By completing Items 8 and 15, and returning 1 copy of this amendment; (b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or (c) By a separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
