- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ-OH-16-00155 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NAICS: 511210, Software Publishers; Size Standard: $38.5m This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This is a brand name RFQ for Cisco SmartNet Equipment/Software License Support for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM) Information Resources Management Division (IRMD) located in Cincinnati, OH. Cisco SmartNet equipment and software licenses is protected intellectual property and only available through Cisco, Inc. or authorized Cisco partners. The required licenses must be provided by a Cisco authorized partner in order to maintain the equipment warranty of the Cisco equipment already purchased by the Government. Based on market research, it has been determined Cisco authorized partners are the only authorized resellers of Cisco SmartNet products/services. The forty-five (45) specific line items required are available through the FedConnect link included within this FBO posting in an Excel spreadsheet. Delivery is FOB Destination, based on the start dates for the current licenses identified in the spreadsheet. If there are re-instatement fees for expired licenses, include this amount in your quote.
