For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company, and the CAGE code, and telephone number. PRON: EH67E601EH. The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract a WELDING MACHINE, ARC, NSN: 3431-01-625-8167, quantity of 2 EACH with a 100% Option for one year, with an additional quantity of 2 EACH. This acquisition effort is restricted to Miller Electric Manufacturing Co. (CAGE Code: 40608) Part Number (P/N): 907566. Production Lead Time is expected to be 120 days with delivery included. This part will be acquired from the manufacturing source(s) as specified on a source control drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be considered for future awards. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsive and responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
