Attachment J-5 Information Technology Security Directive 01 DRAFT Task Order 1 - NLS16D0031 Attachment J-4 LOC-ITS SDLC Overview Document Attachment J-1 COTS Requirements PCS DRAFT Task Order 2 - NLS16T0032 DRAFT Task Order 3 - NLS16T0033 Attachment J-6 Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment J-3 Agile Software Development Methodology The Library of Congress (LOC) National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) currently uses commercial configurable and scalable IT application software that manages the production and quality assurance of multimedia digital materials. NLS book production systems are used by library staff and certain authorized 3rd party producers within the United States of America. The Contractor shall deliver a commercial, configurable, and scalable Production Control Software (PCS) application to manage the procurement, production, and quality assurance of multimedia digital materials (audio books, braille materials, magazines, etc.) for NLS. The Contractor shall integrate the PCS to existing and future NLS systems, and provide any enhancements and updates of the PCS. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide all required technical support for the PCS solution.
