Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all vehicles, personnel (labor), supervision, management, supplies, fuel, transportation equipment, and insurance necessary to shuttle passengers between the PVAHCS and a designated off-site parking lot. All services will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to be included in any resulting solicitation, as well as all federal and state applicable laws and regulations. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about July 1, 2016. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 485999 and the size standard is $15 million. The proposed contract action shall cover an estimated base period of performance from August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2017 with four one year options. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. Once posted, the solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration may be accomplished at http://www.sam.gov/.
