- Combined Synopsys/Solicitation for Height-Adjustable Standing Desks The Department of Homeland Security (DHS),U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Legislative Affairs has a need for seventeen (17) Height-Adjustable Standing Desks for its office in Washington, D.C. Two (2) Height -Adjustable Standing Desks are for standard workstations and fifteen (15) for standard cubicle corner workstations. Please provide a quote for seventeen (17) Height-Adjustable Standing Desks, including shipping and handling, that meet the following requirements: Two (2) Height-Adjustable Standing Desks for Standard Workstations: • Dual Monitor Capacity, 36" (91.4 cm) wide for larger, dual monitor set-ups • Two-tier design: upper display surface, lower keyboard/mouse deck • Hold up to 35 lbs (15.8 kg) • Sit on top of existing desk • Sturdy and stable even when fully extended • Fully assembled • Manually adjustable with spring assisted lift mechanism Fifteen (15) Height-Adjustable Standing Desks for Standard Cubicle Corner Workstations: • Dual Monitor Capacity, triangular shaped suitable for standard cubicle corners • Two-tier design: upper display surface, lower keyboard/mouse deck • Hold up to 35 lbs (15.8 kg) • Sit on top of existing desk • Sturdy and stable even when fully extended • Fully assembled • Manually adjustable with spring assisted lift mechanism Evaluation of quotes will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. The resultant delivery order will be subject to the attached Terms and Conditions. Delivery is expected within 30 days after the date of the award.
