This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 37 Service Contracting as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is VA256-16-R-0783 and is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, August 1, 2013. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations supplement (VAAR) can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far (FAR) and http://vaww.appc1.va.gov/oamm/vaar (VAAR) (iv) This solicitation is issued as full and open competition after exclusions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541810, and the size standard is $150M. (v) This requirement consists of Three CLINS for and Base and Two One year Option Periods: Base Year July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017 CLIN Description QTYUnit of Issue Unit Cost Total Cost CLIN 0001Contractor shall launch a geographically and behaviorally targeted display campaign to boost SLVHCS online presence among active and passive job seekers while creating brand awareness of all vacancies.12MO CLIN 0002 Contractor shall utilize a Job Wrap to ensure SLVHCS job postings are visible to target audiences on NOLA.com. Positions shall be cross-posted to Career Cast's Diversity and Veterans niche websites. All postings shall link to the position on usajobs.gov making it easier for applicants to apply. COR will approve before posting.12MO CLIN 0003Contractor shall place (4) four print ads in the Times Picayune newspaper per month. To bring awareness of the medical center opportunities available and encourage applicants to visit our Recruitment Center to apply. Contractor will work with COR to develop design of print ads. COR will approve before posting.12MO Total Cost ? (vii) Delivery : Work will be performed virtually away from the Medical Center. It is the Contractor responsibility to have a location and all equipment for performance.
