- This acquisition is for a fixed-price with an economic price adjustment, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the manufacture and delivery of the following NSNs: Line Item FSC NIIN Item Name AEQ UOI 0001 6260 002941279 Fusee, Backfiring 2,000 BX 0002 4210 015589951 Torch, Drip 3,500 EA The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside acquisition, and will contain one (1) year period and four (4) one (1) year option terms. The solicitation will be fixed price with economic price adjustment. First Article Test as well as source inspection is required for both NSNs listed.Delivery will be DLA Direct to Tracy, CA with FOB Destination. The Government required delivery schedule is 60 Days. Pricing will be submitted for the base year only. An EPA will be applied to the option years. Only FOB Destination pricing will be acceptable. Please note that the annual estimates may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. Once issued, the solicitation will be posted on DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will then be able to submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support. This solicitation will be evaluated on a line by line basis by Price Only. The official technical requirements will be included in any solicitation. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
