- Draft PWS for BCTC-ES Competition Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Battle Command Training Capability - Equipment Support (BCTC-ES) effort for the Program Executive Office for Simulation Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). This procurement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside using Best Value Subjective Tradeoff Methodology. A sample task will be utilized, which will become the first project. The draft PWS will be available for review and contractor comments/questions for 20 days. Please provide comments/questions as soon as possible.
