- This synopsis covers a Total Small Business Set Aside acquisition of the NWU Parka Digital Print NSN: 8415-01-539-9298(s)/ PGC: 03287, NWU Parka Type II NSN: 8415-01-573-4593(s)/PGC: 03611, NWU Parka Type III NSN: 8415-01-573-4686(s)/PGC: 03612, APECS MARPAT Woodland Parka NSN: 8415-01-506-6254(s)/PGC: 02865, and APECS Air Force Tiger Stripe Parka NSN: 8415-01-547-3464(s)/PGC: 03357. This is an IDTC acquisition with a base year and two (2) option years. The quantities for the NWU Parka Digital Print on the base term and each option term will be 10,770 each minimum and 53,850 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity of 43,080. The quantities for the NWU Parka Type II on the base term and each option term will be 750 each minimum and 1,250 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity of 1,000. The quantities for the NWU Parka Type III on the base term and each option term will be 1,800 each minimum and 9,000 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity of 7,200. The quantities for the APECS MARPAT Woodland Parka on the base term and each option term will be 2,500 each minimum and 15,135 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity of 12,108. The quantities for the APECS Air Force Tiger Stripe Parka on the base term and each option term will be 10,500 each minimum and 52,500 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity of 42,000. The NWU Parka Digital Print, SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCTRF/PD 15-06F dated 10 August 2007 ; pattern dated 24 October 2011. The NWU Parka Type II and Type III, SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCTRF/PD 04-09C dated 20 January 2012; pattern dated 3 April 2012. The APECS MARPAT Woodland Parka, SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH Class 1 of MIL-DTL-32157 dated 19 January 2004; pattern dated 18 April 2007. The APECS Air Force Tiger Stripe Parka, SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH Class 5 of MIL-DTL-32157 dated 19 January 2004; pattern dated 18 April 2007. The NWU Digital Print, Type II, Type III Parka(s) and the APECS MARPAT Woodland, APECS Air Force Tiger Stipe Parka(s) are determined to be commercial in nature. This acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures. Offerors are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs). Evaluation will consist to PDM, Past Performance, and Price. Anticipated issuance date will be on or after June 2016. Production Lead Time is 180 days or sooner. Deliveries are FOB Destination to LANSING, MI 48906/PENDERGRASS, GA 30567. All responsible sources may submit offers which DLA Troop Support shall consider.
