This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-79 December 15, 2014. This RFQ is Unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110, with a small business size standard of $32,500,000.00 in Annual Receipts. The Network Contracting Office 4 is seeking a contractor that shall provide 3 furnished 1 bedroom or studio units in Wilkes-Barre PA (inclusive of cost of utilities, wi-fi, basic cable, and garbage removal) each for a 12 month period to accommodate 3 medical/surgical residents from Drexel University that will rotate every 2-4 months based on specialty in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e?mail to Michael.Lamb3@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than 06/14/2016 at 11:00 AM. No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. Answers to vendor questions will be posted on FBO no later than 06/15/2016 at 4:30 PM EST. You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any Wilkes-Barre VA Health Care System personnel to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process.
