Attachment J.4 Payment Certification Attachment J.3 Wage Determination Attachment J.2 Drawings Attachment J.1 Specifications Solicitation pages 4 to 45 SF1442 AG-82BH-16-0026 The Pike & San Isabel National Forests Cimarron & Comanche National Grasslands, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the Proposed Front Office Security Project, located at 601 South Weber Ave. Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract time is 28 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Contract work consists largely of enclosing the hallway corridor with an electronically secured entrance and installing a new front desk/counter configuration, as well as implementing a few other front lobby upgrades. The scope includes demolition, new framed, dry-walled, and painted walls, new and relocated doors, special glazing, security hardware, new counter and cabinets, and new ceramic tile flooring. Other supporting trades include electrical work, phone and telecom wiring, acoustic ceiling repairs, and other ancillary trades. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
