Description

This is a notification that U.S. Department of State, A/GIS/IPS intends to award an 8(a) sole-source, time and material/labor hours follow-on contract to the incumbant Innovative Element, LLC., pursuant to the provisions of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C.637(a)) and in accordance with Subpart 19.8 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of State. The intent is to award this acquisition on a sole source basis to the 8(a) firm, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.808-1, Sole Source 8(a). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Any responses must be in writing and include technical capability information. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 3:00 PM EST, June 22, 2016. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no valid responses are received, an award shall be made to Innovatice Element, LLC.
