Request for information / Request for clarification form Dept of labor guidelines Building 3368 Map 2 Building 3368 Map 1 Building 3368 Statement of Work The 301 st Contracting Office has a requirement to replace two (2) HVAC Units at Building 3368 on NAS JRB, Fort Worth, TX and hereby issues a request for quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. S olicitation number F5A6CE6124AW02 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The associated NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size standard of 15M. The line item description: Remove and replace (2) 7.5-Ton split HVAC systems. Description of Requirement: See Statement of Work Attached. Quotes must be valid thru 30 September 2016 to be accepted. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Award with quotes/offers evaluated IAW 13.106-2, lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 20 June 2016 at 10:00 a.m. CDT. Prior to the site visit, a pre-proposal briefing will be held in the 301 CONF conference room located at 1776 Carswell Ave, NAS Fort Worth JRB, TX. All interested parties must submit names of attendees along with their company’s name to scott.miroddi@us.af.mil and yvette.todtenhoefer@us.af.mil NLT 1:00 p.m. CDT on 17 June 2016. (Please send all names of representatives that you believe may attend to avoid changes) NAS/JRB Fort Worth is a secure military installation. Visitor Access is limited only to the Main Gate via Visitor Center to NAS/JRB Fort Worth. Visitors are subject to security screening and background check. In order to access NAS/JRB Fort Worth please submit the first and last name of individuals (24 Hours in ADVANCE), and company name, to POC's listed below. Company representatives information will be forwarded to the Visitor Center to expedite access. Please plan accordingly, as it may take up to two hours for base access.
