Description

Lost Island Dredge Site Unloading The project consists of transferring over 400,000 cubic yards (up to approximately 1.3 million CY) of stockpiled dredge material from Lost Island (Buffalo County, WI) via mechanical and/or hydraulic methods to the West Newton Chute area (Wabasha County, MN). Lost Island is without road access and has historically been used for the placement of material dredged from the main channel of the Mississippi River. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside and will result in a firm-fixed-price contract. The total estimated price for the Base requirement and Options is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million.
