- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and authority of FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO. The RFQ number is N00244-16-T-0161. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-88 and DFARS Change Notice 20160510. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 333999 and the Small Business Standard is 1,000 employees. This action is unrestricted. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, Regional Contracts Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 52661 EM-2000-TXV A/C SYSTEM TRAINER W/ TXV QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0002 52941 EM-2000-OT A/C SYSTEM TRAINER W/ ORIFICE TUBE QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0003 52681 EC-410 CUTAWAY VISCOUS COUPLER QTY: 1 EA SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS Offers to be based on FOB Destination to the following location: Naval Construction Training Center, Port Hueneme CA 93043-4336. DELIVERY REQUIREMENT IS ON OR BEFORE 15 JULY 2016 Inspection and acceptance will be performed at the government destination by a government representative. Payment will be made via WAWF All prospective offerors are cautioned that in the event the Government is unable to determine price reasonableness based on the offers received and market analysis, the Government will not issue a contract. This decision is solely the decision and right of the Government. Each initial offer should, therefore contain the Offerors best terms from price. N00244L332, UNIT PRICES (OCT 2001) (FISC SAN DIEGO) Contractor unit prices, when incorporated into a Government contract, will be released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) without further notice to the contractor submitter. If the Contractor takes issue with the release, it should submit its proposal data with the appropriate legends and explain in detail why such data cannot be released as a public record under the Freedom of Information Act. To be considered, quotes must be received by 10:00 AM PST on 14 June 2016. Quotes can be sent to the Purchasing Agent, Janet Nunez via email janet.nunez@navy.mil. Quotes submitted as an attachment to an email should be sent in Word Version 6.0 or higher. Facsimile quotes will not be accepted. All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, contractor CAGE code, Dunn and Bradstreet number, Tax Identification Number, payment terms and all applicable specifications regarding this solicitation. Parties responding to this solicitation may submit their offer in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on companys letterhead, formal quote form, etc.). Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. For an offers price to be considered, the offer must be considered technically acceptable, meeting all specification requirements stated in the attachment to this solicitation. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to either of the above listed Government points of contact. The Government will make every attempt to answer all questions in a timely manner; however, questions submitted within 3 days of the posted closing day may not allow ample time to respond and offerors cannot be guaranteed a response will be issued.
