- HHM402-16-R-0075 Solicitation THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Virginia Contracting Activity intend to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price award to Axciton Systems, Inc. for six-channel sensor boxes and photoplethysmograph (PPG) components in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(c)(2)(ii)(B). The NAICS code is 334519 (Other Measuring & Controlling Manufacturing). The delivery date is thirty (30) days from the date of the contract award. Although this posting is not for competitive proposals, all proposals received shall be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government and will be awarded without discussion.
