Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN 5342-00-543-3867, MOUNT, RESILIENT, WEAPON SYSTEM. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed price buy with no option for a QTY of 307 ea. This is a 1G item. This procurement will be solicited as an Unrestricted Set-Aside. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This item i/a/w drawing: MIL-M-19863D NOT 1REVISION NR D DTD 10/03/2006 PART PIECE NUMBER: 5B5000H-6BOLT. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Required delivery is 166 days ARO. Item is a Critical Application Item, but is not a Critical Safety Item and is not commercial. Shelf life applies. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 17, 2016. The anticipated award date is August 22, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
