- Price Matrix - Mod 1 Vendor Q&A RFQ - NVD's - Mod 5 **NOTICE OF EXTENSION** Due to unanswered vendor questions, this solicitation will be reopened and the deadline for proposal submissions will be extended to 12:00PM EST, 17 June 2016. Please email [leeke3@state.gov] for any questions regarding this extension. New vendor questions regarding technical details will NOT be accepted. Update 6/8/16: Vendor Q&A Uploaded + Changes made to RFQ & Price Matrix. Vendors may still submit changes to proposals until close date. Further extensions will be considered if requested - please place a request via email. _________________________________________________________ The U.S. Department of State, International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL US Embassy Bogota/INL has a requirement for night vision devices type AN/PVS-7D and AN/PVS-14 with generation III black and white image intensifier tubes, diver night vision system, mini thermal monocular (MTM-PI), image intensifier tube Gen III black and white, image intensifier tube - 25mm Gen III phosphor green and spare parts for the Colombian NAVY (GRUIN) program. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Please refer to the RFQ for detailed specification information. Warranty: To facilitate expeditious return of warranty items and to avoid delays in the warranty process, the offeror must provide within 30 days of notification of a warranty action the required information to facilitate shipping of warranty items to manufacturer. This includes, but is not limited to, information to ensure full compliance with ITAR regulations and no delay in providing the Reference RA# and a shipping address. Support, Service and Contingencies: As part of product support, the offeror shall provide a maintenance training class in Cartagena, Colombia. To ensure maintenance personnel are adequately prepared to execute their duties, the maintenance training class will provide the required instruction on the new black and white image intensifier tube, ensuring the technicians are fully aware of all proper maintenance procedures and requirements associated with this particular technology. Delivery: Delivery will be approximately 60 days after receipt of award. The Contractor shall consolidate the entire shipment to prevent loss and misdirection. Any lost or damaged items during shipment shall be replaced by the contractor upon notification.
