- This acquisition is being solicited as a 100 percent set aside for HUBZone Business only. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has a requirement to provide a metal building addition to an existing metal building 2333. The site of the proposed work is in the Cantonment Area of the Fort Leonard Wood Military Reservation, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The areas concerned in this project are government owned and will be in use during the course of this project. Work shall be performed during normal duty hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays excepted. All work performed shall be in accordance with the specifications provided. The solicitation W911S7-16-B-0018 will be available on or about 23 June 2016 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Inquiries will only be addressed by EMAIL ONLY. THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications can be submitted at https://www.sam.gov/. Offeror must be certified through the SBA as a HUBZone Small Business (as solicited) at the time of submission of bid. Offeror shall comply with SBA requirements for verified eligibility and all required documents. Offerors not possessing a valid, active, and verifiable eligibility at the time of bid submission will not be considered for award.
