- SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: Wisconsin City: Wauwatosa area as defined below: Delineated Area: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lilly Rd. and Hampton Rd. Continuing East on Hampton Rd./Hampton Ave. to N 92nd St. Continuing South on N. 92nd St./N. Swan Blvd. to W North Ave. Continuing East on W. North Ave to Route 181 Continuing South on Route 181 to Highway 18 Continuing West on Highway 18 to S. 92nd St. Continuing South on S. 92nd St. to W. National Ave. Continuing West on National Ave./W, Oklahoma Ave. to S. Moorland Rd. Continuing North on S. Moorland Rd. to Watertown Plan Rd. Continuing East on Watertown Plank Rd. to Highland Dr. Continuing North on Highland Dr. to W. North Ave. Continuing East on W. North Ave. to Lilly Rd. Continuing North on Lilly Rd. and reconnecting to Hampton Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,456 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,616 Space Type: Office Term: 10 Years/ 5 years firm Agency Specific Requirement: (including GOV parking) Class A office space 2 parking spaces in garage HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg5. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period," which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg5 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
