- Synopsis: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The Marine Special Operations Commands (MARSOC) Contracting Office located aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina is conducting market research to determine availability of firms that are capable of providing Brand Name KEYW Corp Frequency Measuring Sets. The Government is seeking responses to this sources sought synopsis from all interested businesses capable of providing the requirement. Small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.) are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices. Provide suggestions on how the requirement could be structured to facilitate competition by and among small business concerns. Describe any conditions, if any, which may limit small businesses from participation. Disclaimer: This sources sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. 1. Description of Supplies: - Samurai Frequency Measuring Set. Quantity, 15. NSN: 6625-01-631-1882. Samurai is a miniature, Wi-Fi direction finding solution capable of detecting and measuring the signal strength of any 802.11A/B/G/N device in 2.4 GHZ/ 5GHZ bands. Kit includes: android handset controller, Wi-Fi detector, wired ear bud headset, (2) EA high current power supplies, (2) EA USB power supplies, associated cabling, adapters and antennas. - Thoracic Frequency Measuring Set. Quantity, 14. NSN: 6625-01-628-3202. Thoracic 2 is a miniature, multi-band receiver capable of detecting and measuring the uplink and downlink signal strength of any channel in LTE, GSM/UMTS, CDMA and IDEN bands. Kit includes: Thoracic main unit, android handset with remote control software, USB charging cable, dual output universal AC wall and 12/24V DC auto power adapters, (3) EA Omni directional rubber duck antennas. Body-worn patch antenna, 2.5mm to 3.55mm adapter, lanyard and hard case with fitted foam insert. 2. Period of Performance: The Government requires delivery within 30 days. 3. Place of Performance: Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28546. 4. FSC Code: 6625 Interested firms responding to this synopsis are to include the following information: 1. Firm's name, profile, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact, telephone number, and email address. 2. Firm's capability to provide the REQUIRED supplies. Be specific with RELEVANT contracts of same or similar in nature of work, size, and complexity. Include contract description, dollar value, and customer POC. 3. Firm's business size (large or small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (i.e. SDB, 8(a) HUBZ, EDWOSB, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.). 4. Responses are limited to email correspondence, and limited to 10 pages. Questions regarding this Sources Sought announcement shall be submitted NLT 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on June 20, 2016. After this deadline, questions will not be considered regarding this announcement. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the information requested above carefully and ensure a complete response for thorough consideration. The Government WILL NOT review general capability statements. Please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personal reviewing RFI responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423.
