- Delineated Area Map 5CA1101-1 U.S. GOVERNMENT - GSA PUBLIC BUILDINGS SERVICE General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: Solicitation Number: 5CA1101-1 State: California City: Portions of Richmond, San Pablo, El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Alameda, Oakland, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, Hayward, Union City, and Newark (see attached PDF map) Delineated Area: •· * North: Richmond Parkway from Interstate 80 South and west to Goodrick Avenue * West: Goodrick Avenue north and west to the eastern shoreline of San Francisco Bay; following said shoreline, including the City and Island of Alameda, south to where it intersects California Highway 84 * South: California Highway 84 from the eastern shoreline of San Francisco Bay, east to Thornton Avenue, continuing south and east on Thornton Avenue to Interstate 880 * East: North on Interstate 880 from Thornton Avenue to Interstate 980 to San Pablo Avenue (California Highway 123), continuing north on Interstate 80 to Richmond Parkway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,220 Maximum Sq. Ft. The office space component must have 9' minimum ceiling heights and secured parking. Additional special use space will require minimum ceiling heights of 14'. * Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20' on center, etc. * The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security requirements as determined by the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 - year flood plain. Interested respondents should include building owners, or if a broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter, or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the building owner, with the submitted Expression of Interest.
